Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download the PostBox app, tap Sign Up, fill in your name, email, and password, then verify your email with the one-time code we send you. Once verified, complete your profile and you are ready to send your first postcard!
What are coins and how do I earn them?
Coins are the in-app currency used to purchase stamps and postcard designs. You start with 100 free coins. You can earn more by completing daily check-ins, finishing tasks on the Rewards screen, and redeeming invite codes from friends.
How does pen-pal matching work?
When you send a letter, PostBox automatically assigns an anonymous pen-pal from another country. The matching algorithm considers distance and mailbox availability to ensure a fair and global experience. You cannot choose a specific recipient in the standard flow.
Sending & Receiving
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is simulated based on real-world distance. A letter to a nearby country may arrive in a day or two, while cross-continental letters can take up to two weeks. You can track progress from the Home screen.
Can I send a postcard to a specific person?
Not directly in the current version. PostBox is designed for discovering new pen-pals randomly. If you have already received a letter from someone, you can reply to them directly from your inbox thread.
What is the Mailbox and how does it fill up?
Your Mailbox has a capacity limit. It fills up based on letters you have received minus letters you have sent. Keeping a healthy balance of sending and receiving keeps your mailbox open. A full mailbox temporarily prevents new letters from being assigned to you.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Tap Update Password to save.
How do I turn off push notifications?
Go to Settings and toggle off Notifications. This will stop PostBox from sending you push alerts. You can re-enable them at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is currently handled by our support team. Send an email to
support@rzstudio.online from your registered email address and we will process your request within 30 days.
Safety & Reporting
How do I report inappropriate content?
Open the letter in question and tap the three-dot menu (⋮). Select Report or Report & Block. Our team reviews all reports within 24–48 hours.
I did not receive a response. What should I do?
Your pen-pal may not have logged in recently. PostBox will reassign a new receiver if the original one is inactive. Check the Home screen for delivery status updates.
